CaulkingFlex® ST
Elastic and Permanent
The core of ST Bonding Europe.
CaulkingFlex ST is a high-performance polyolefin bonding and sealing system that replaces traditional PU and MS polymers. The product adheres directly to all types of Synthetic Teak.
Advantages:

Application:
Ideal for bonding and sealing synthetic teak decks, trims, joints, and structural elements in boats or plastic-based projects.
PaintFlex® ST
Adhesion Primer for Difficult Surfaces
Water-based primer for optimal adhesion on non-polar plastics such as PE, PP, PVC, and all types of synthetic teak. PaintFlex ST forms no visible layer and dries within minutes, allowing immediate application of CaulkingFlex ST.

VakTools®
Smart Application
To make application faster and easier, ST Bonding Europe offers two professional tools under the VakTools® brand:
- Smart Adhesive Spreader – ensures even distribution of adhesive, reduces material usage, and guarantees consistent results.
- Easy Attach Adapter – enables quick cartridge and sausage pack changes without additional tools. Both tools are made from durable polymer and are fully recyclable.

Installation & Application
Preparation:
- Clean and degrease the surface.
- Remove old adhesive residues and sand the surface clean and smooth.
- Always use CaulkingFlex® ST in combination with PaintFlex® ST for optimal and long-lasting results.
Application:
- Cut the nozzle to the desired size.
- Apply CaulkingFlex ST evenly at an angle of approximately 45°.
- For best results, use the Smart Adhesive Spreader for an even distribution.
- Always ensure the surface is clean before starting.
Curing and Finishing:
- At 25 °C and 60% RH, the product cures at approximately 2–3 mm per 24 hours.
- Full curing takes 4–8 days.
- Once cured, the surface (adhesive and sealant residues) can be sanded and/or finished.
